Enterprise Relationship Manager (Female)

Job Profile

 

  • Define and manage customer and business performance measurements to ensure appropriate business strategies are in line with contracted service level agreements as well as expected business outcomes.
  • Educate customers about Mobitel’s business, products/services and new initiatives to be launched in the future.
  • Introduce Mobitel Enterprise solutions to customers, which are relevant to their business needs.
  • Ability to have an in-depth understanding of the customer, organization, business, products/services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Management information reports on customer feedback.

 

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidate should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
• Should have a minimum 3 years’ of experience in Customer Relationship.
• Possess good communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages such as MS Word, Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.
• Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.

Product Executive

Job Profile
  • Should develop and implement marketing plans for the product through market research, competitor analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning to achieve the targets for the assigned product.
  • Analyze the product subscriber base and implement recommended changes to the product portfolio and support functions by identifying market requirements for current & future products.
  • Develop, test and launch new product features and functionality in partnership with Engineering and IT.
  • Responsible for defining campaign requirements for agencies, preparing training material, training, coordinating and evaluating sales staff.
  • Should develop material for multiple product and/or service launches including customer presentations and sales training materials.
  • Provide assistance in monitoring revenue, new connections and disconnections on product and also take proactive action to provide accurate product information to relevant divisions when necessary.
  • Responsible for monitoring, ordering and controlling product related stock items and sales items.
  • Drive resolution of customer satisfaction issues, loyalty schemes and retention schemes.
Qualifications and Experience

• Candidate should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Management, ICT or related discipline.
• Should have minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience, preferably in a telecommunication related environment.
• Possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Should be able to pay attention to detail and possess exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
• Must be well versed in English and Sinhala in both written and verbal communication.
• Must be competent in Microsoft office packages and proficiency in advanced Excel is an added advantage.
• Should have excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff.
