1.  On your handset select “My Mobitel”
2.  Then select any one suitable bank from these and type:

Dial #131# on your handset and then select any one bank:

• 1 for Sampath
• 2 for HNB
• 3 for Commercial
• 4 for Peoples Bank
• 5 for HSBC Credit Card

• Visit your nearest Mobitel branch/bank branch and give your information to be able to register for this service. The bank will verify and send the information to Mobitel for registration.
• This registration process will take a maximum of 14 working days from the time you provide your information. (This will vary depending on the bank with which you are enrolled.)
• Once we receive the information, we will register you under this service and send you a welcome SMS on your Mobitel phone along with your PIN number.
• Your "My Mobitel" menu will also be updated, in order to enable you to make your payments with convenience.
• We will request your PIN number when you make a payment towards your connection.
• The maximum amount you can reload is Rs 1,000 while the minimum is Rs 100.
• We will send you an SMS to confirm that the transaction was successful or that it was rejected due to the unavailability of funds in your bank account.

Press *448* and the mobile number you wish to transfer funds to along with the*Amount# and then press the OK, SEND or CALL button on your phone.
For example,
If you want to transfer Rs.50 from your number to SMART number 0713281106, then press *448*0713281106*50# and press CALL.

• A processing fee of Rs.2 + taxes will be charged for each successful transfer.
• The validity of the amount transferred will be 30 days.
