How to obtain a Broadband Connection?

You can simply hand over the following documents to any of the below touch points and obtain a new connection.

Documents required:

1. Application form
2. National Identity Card / Driving License/ Passport
3. Valid billing Proof – water bills, electricity bills, fixed line telephone bills, credit card statements, current account statements for the past 3 months
4. Customer photograph


You can make or change a subscription from any of the following outlets:

  • Big M's and Branches
  • Singer Mega & Singer Plus outlets
  • SLT Regional Offices
  • Authorized dealers and Sub dealers of Mobitel
