  • To obtain the Tourist Pre Paid SIM pack a copy of a Valid Passport is mandatory to be produced .
  • The Tourist Pre Paid SIM Pack come with a 30 Day Expiry from the date of activation, All Unused Units of the Pack will expire upon reaching the expiry date, and however the SIM card can be used by Topping Up the account under standard Pre Paid Tariff rates.
  • The Bundle of the respective Tourist packs can be enjoyed upon activation by the seller, an initial Top Up is not mandatory to use the pack.
  • Top Up can be carried out by visiting any local retailer or online using a credit/debit card via www.mobitel.lk/myaccount.
  • If you are subscribed to Sector 1, 2, 3 or 4 Tourist Packs, A Top Up is required to make International calls to destinations beyond countries in the respective pack.
