How to Activate & Deactivate

Prepaid - Dial *103* <package code>#

Deactivate :
Postpaid - contact the hotline on 1717
Prepaid - dial *103*00#

How to check available roaming balance:

Both post & pre-paid customers can check their remaining balance by dialing *100#

Terms & conditions:
  • Rates are excluding taxes.
  • Roming plans apply only to selected destinations.
  • Once activated, Cutomers can avail this service
  • Postpaid customers cannot roam in any other country until this service is de-activated
  • Prepaid customers can roam in any other country as well, whilst normal roaming rates will apply for such countries
  • When data only package is activated, voice and SMS will be barred in postpaid connections and this will not be applicable on prepaid packages
  • Postpaid customers have to decide on the plan and pay the amount before they leave
