An ‘mAgent’ is fully trained personnel deployed across Sri Lanka to fulfill all your telecommunication requirements related to Fixed and Mobile connectivity. With a dedication to go beyond the call of duty, mAgents are operating in your hometown, and ready to assist anytime to get you connected to the Digital world, offering personalized service at your Doorstep.
What are the service(s) offered through an mAgent?
An mAgent will provide products & services related to SLT-Mobitel Fixed and Mobile connectivity ranging from new mobile/home connectivity, Broadband solutions (Mobile /Fixed), PeoTV, new device delivery, SIM changes/replacements, and all other telecommunication related services. (* Charges & Conditions may Apply)
All the above services are subjected to, availability of stocks and other Terms of service
How can I request for the mAgent services?
The customer can simply call the Contact Center on 1717 and request or Log on to www.sltmobitel.lk & select the Door Step Delivery tab
Do we get a confirmation of the order placed?
You will be sent an SMS with a reference number once a lead/ requirement is created.
What are the delivery timelines of an mAgent?
The delivery would be completed within 48hrs from the time of the service request is confirmed. (Times may vary depending on the service required)
What are the charges applicable?
SIM charges and other relevant service charges are applicable based on the requirement.
Further, delivery charges may apply based on the delivery location; however, the cost will not exceed Rs 300/-
How does an mAgent operate?
An mAgent will operate within a radius of 3 – 5 Km in a respective area. Official working time of an mAgent will be from 8.30am till 5.00 pm.
How Can we make payments to the mAgent?
Only Cash payments accepted by the mAgent. However, we are working on to integrate digital channels and card payments to offer you convenient mode of transactions in the near future.
