What is FUP (Fair User Policy) applied to DATA?
Fair Use Policy (FUP) is a common practice among all operators globally when providing unlimited services to make sure all customers get the best experience continuously with the chosen price plan.
To ensure all customers are able to experience internet at high speeds on the network & also to improve user experience, Mobitel Master Unlimited will be offer data at maximum speed available up to 1.5GB daily.
However customers will continue have access to internet at considerable speeds 24 hours of the day at no extra charge. (The speeds after FUP will still be sufficient for general internet browsing including social networking and video without buffering.)
The speed may get reduced depending on a number of conditions such as location, data traffic, numbers of customers etc. This is done to ensure all customers are able to experience the network speeds at consistent levels.
Can I get the normal data speed if FUP is applied?

At what time will the data speed get reset to normal speed?
Speed will get reset at 12 midnight every day.
Can DATA be shared through tethering/Hotspot?
DATA sharing through tethering/ Hotspot is allowed, subject to a Fair User Policy
Is there any fee to obtain this package?
A refundable deposit of Rs.1,000/- and, Rs.1,000/- (inclusive tax) will be charged as a connection fee.
How will I get charged if I buy the package in middle of the month?
Monthly Rental will be prorated. You will get free data daily with the Fair User Policy.
What are the documents I should to provide to obtain a new connection?
