How do I cancel the service?
It's easy. Simply dial 777 and follow the instruction.

How much does it cost?
If you are a postpaid customer you can subscribe only for monthly charging services. If you are a prepaid customer you can subscribe for either daily charging or monthly charging services.
Refer the above table for charges.
First the subscription charge will be charged. thereafter the song charge will be charged. All charges are subject to Government taxes. (Conditions apply.)

Can Prepaid users select the monthly billing option?
On customer request mobitel customer care can activate.

If there are multiple contents activated can the customer remove selected contents?
Yes, Dial 777 Listen to recording and select No.8 and follow the instructions.

Terms & Conditions?
All the charges are subject to government taxes & levies.
Mobile number will be exposed with the Mobitel mTune platform provider.
Due to insufficient balance the mTune service will not be resumed until the sufficient balance is credited.
Charging will be converted for prepaid customers from monthly to daily due to insufficient balance on charging for the song charge.
Activation & deactivation SMS will be charged (per SMS Rs. 2 +taxes)
