TBC bloggers are invited to seize the moment by submitting photos to Mobitel official Facebook /Twitter channels for a chance to win a GoPro Camera as the grand prize. Contestants are advised to capture the Moment of Care with a smart phone, a digital camera or any other kind of photo device and upload it through the Twitter or Facebook using #MobitelCare. Contestants could capture a smile, a view, an emotion or any caring moment.
Terms and Conditions for the “Moment of Care” photo contest

The participants deemed to have accepted the terms & conditions stated herein by taking part in the “Moment of Care” competition;

All participants will have to adhere to the current terms & conditions of Facebook;

A contestant can submit up to ten (10) photos maximum
-
Competition will be only open till 6th June 2016, Midnight (00.00) and all submissions after the said time will be rejected.

The content of the photo submitted should strictly be original. I.e. the photo have to be captured by the participants themselves;

In order to participate in the competition, it is mandatory to be a Mobitel fan in the official fan page on Facebook;

The participant has the exclusive right to the content of the photo & that the photo does not contain any element whatsoever that might infringe a third party’s rights in any way;

The photo uploaded, should not in any way reflect negatively on anyone’s or anything’s image or reputation;

Also, the photo should not in any way be violent or pornographic & harm the dignity of any person or rights of any third party;

The uploaded content must not contain any computer virus or other code designed to destroy, divert, harm, interrupt or limit any computer system in any way;

Participants should obtain prior approval of any third party being shown in an uploaded photo & the participant must also have full consent from the third party to use the photo in all aspects of the contest;

The Grand prize winner will be selected at the end of the contest period by a judge panel

Mobitel shall have the worldwide rights to copy, reproduce, represent, exhibit, communicate, transmit, broadcast, display or otherwise make available or accessible, adapt and adjust the photos, in whole or in part; and or decline to upload and enable viewing of the photo and or remove from viewing of such photo at Mobitel sole discretion;

Mobitel does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, pain or suffering incurred by any Participant entering the Competition;

Mobitel has the rights to disqualify any participant on any reasonable grounds at the discretion of Mobitel;

By participating in this competition, you hereby confirm that all your personal details submitted by you are true, current & complete;

Mobitel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion;

No responsibility will be accepted for any technical errors which may occur during the promotional campaign period;

Mobitel disclaims all liabilities in respect of the prizes;

The content uploaded should not contravene in any way with the current legislation of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka;

Mobitel has the final decision in any dispute of the rules of the competition and such decision and rule shall be final and binding on the Participants.
