    Special Conditions

    • Above plans can be activated as an add-on plan to any VOICE package .
    • Broadband customers can do a package change to Unlimited 30 day recurring plans.
    • 30 day auto renewal plans can be purchased as a base package as well.
    • Simultaneous multiple activations of Unlimited plans are not allowed.
    2. How to activate?

    3. How to check expiry date?

    You can check the expiry date via DataMart / Selfcare app

    4. Can customers activate other add-on plans while activated Unlimited plans?

    Customers can activate

    1. time based add-ons
    2. Data Extensions
    3. Content based plans
    5. Is it possible to remove the speed cap ?

    If you require to experience the maximum speeds available, you can activate a Time Based Internet Plan or a Data Extension plan.

    Once the additional plan is activated speed throttling will be removed until the additional plan is expired.

    Also, torrents downloads will be enabled and Telegram app condition will be removed until time based/data extension plan is expired

    6. What will happen if a Content based plan is activated on top of an Unlimited Plan.
    Content based plans will receive highest priority over these unlimited plans. Speed caps will not be effective when using content based plans.
    7. Special Conditions
    • Torrent usage is blocked.
    • Telegram usage will be limited to a daily cap of 1.5GB. Afterwards telegram will be blocked
    • Network speeds may vary based on the site congestion.
    • Any misusers detected in the network will be subjected to be throttled or discontinue after consulting the TRCSL
