What are the requirements a user should fulfill to receive the offer?

Reload the Prepaid Number using the online, mcash or banking reload method with Rs.300 or more

 

How can I redeem the free bundle?

Simply reload Rs. 300 via said channels and you will receive a SMS from SLT-MOBITEL (7172) requesting to respond with the letter ‘D’ to activate the data bundle. A response within 24 hours must be made for activation.

 

For how many days is the free bundle valid?

Free Bundles will have a validity of 24 hours from the date it is received.

 

How will the eligible customer be notified of receiving the Online Payment promo bundle?

An eligible customer will be notified through a SMS on the following occasions:

No. A Customer can receive this benefit only once a day

 

What is the Online Bill Payment Promo?

The promotion offers Post Paid customers a 3GB data bundle free for bills paid through all online payment channels.

 

Who is eligible to obtain this offer?

Eligibility is only for Post Paid Individual billing connections. Corporate accounts are not entitled for the offer.

 

Which online payment Channels are eligible for the promotion?

Customers are eligible for the Online Payment promo bundle only if payments are made through the following online payment channels:

 

  • All Banking Digital Channels/Apps and Websites (including all local and international banks etc.)
  • Online Banking - Through credit card and debit cards
  • Via Lanka QR

 

How can a I be eligible to obtain the Online Payment promo on offer?

You are required to make payments accumulating to Rs. 1,000/- (minimum) in a calendar month period via the above mentioned online payment points.

 

  • Payments can be made through either one of the above-mentioned points.

             Eg;- Rs.1,000/- made through Banks Digital Platform

 

When can I enjoy the free Online Payment promo bundle?

If you meet the eligibility criteria you will receive a 3GB data bundle on the following day from the payment date.

Eg: - The customers who makes Rs 1,000 online payments on April 20, 2024, he will be eligible to receive the Online Payment Promo Bundle on April 21, 2024.

 

What is the expiry date for the Online Payment promo bundle?

 

Bundles expiry is set for 30 days from the date of awarding the bundle.

Eg:- The bundle awarded on the 20th of June can be utilized within 30 days from the offered date.

 

How many times can a I be eligible for the Online Payment promo bundle?

You are entitled for the bundle only once, Within a calendar month.

 

If I Have multiple mobile numbers under one account, can i receive the Online Payment promo bundle for all numbers?

No. The Online Payment promo bundle will be only eligible for the mobile number used to make the online payment. (account related payments not valid)

“MISSED CALL GAME/ MISSED CALL සල්පිල” is a digital version of the traditional “ගමේ සල්පිල” concept which facilitates the option to buy preferred products by placing their unique and highest bid value instead of respective product market prices.

The customer needs to dial the 696 short codes and press 1 or Type REG MC and SMS to 696 for initial activation. By activating the service, the customer falls under the initial subscription. Upon successful charging customer gets 5 points each per day.

 

How to get additional points?

In order to get more points, the customer needs to dial 696 as a missed call, and with every additional attempt, the customer gets 5 points upon successful charging.

 

Is there any power-up plans available to get more points without dialing more missed calls?

Yes. Power-up plans are available for users who are willing to place more bids by dialing fewer calls.

  • Above service is activated using the mobile operator’s Activation process. The operator will request confirmation prior to activating the service.
  • The service will be renewed automatically (until the user deactivates the service) and will be charged on each renewal depending on your mobile connection type (Prepaid / Postpaid).
  • Mobitel will be charged relevant subscription/ one-time charges upon the customers’ consent to activate the service.
