7.What do I do if I run out of Data Units on the activated plan?

 
If you run out of data units, you can top up  using your credit or debit card with a data plan as shown below, by visiting online recharge portal: https://online.mobitel.lk/onlinepay/ card

9.How do I use International Direct Dialing (IDD) and SMS on this SIM?

2.What documents are required to obtain a new eSIM connection?

You will need to upload the following documents in digital format through the eSIM customer portal:

National ID or Driving License: A clear digital image of both the front and back.

Photograph: A clear selfie taken with the front camera of your smartphone or computer.

Signature: A digital image of your signature.

 

Special Note: The submitted documents will be verified by Mobitel within 24 hours. If any document does not meet Mobitel’s requirements, you will be notified via SMS to provide the correct information by visiting a Mobitel outlet within the next 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your connection until further notice.

 

3.What types of connections can I obtain?
