To redeem this offer, please download the Mobitel Selfcare app via - Navigate to ‘Offers & Deals -> Promo code -> Enter the promo code as ‘mDevice’. Conditions Apply

4. How will I receive the free data offer after redeeming it?

After redeeming the data offer, customers will receive a confirmation SMS from MOBITEL with details of its validity.

5. Upon Entering the promo code as ‘mDevice’, what if the App displays the below error code?

‘Sorry we cannot detect your device properly. Please ensure that you have set up the device using mobile Data & try again’

To successfully redeem the offer, the user must install and set up the Self-care App using Mobitel DATA. If the App was set up using Wi-Fi, it would not support the promo code.

Therefore, if the app displays the above error, please follow the below steps

  1. Turn Off Wi-Fi
  2. Turn On Mobile Data on the correct Mobitel SIM
  3. Uninstall the SelfCare App
  4. Reinstall the SelfCare App
  5. Proceed to Offers & Deals -> Promo Code & enter the promo code as ‘mDevice’
