A customer shall comply with the following criteria as per the guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka:
18 years or above.
Shall have a valid National Identity Card (NIC) or a Passport.
Valid mobile connection registered under the NIC/Passport of the customer.
The customer shall create an account before purchasing the lotteries. After the required information is entered, the mobile number is verified by an OTP validation.
