What are the documents I need to provide to obtain the connection?

Duly completed postpaid subscriber form
NIC
Valid Billing proof (Electricity bill/Water bill/Fixed line bill etc.)

Who is eligible to obtain this offer?

Any Individual Customer can obtain this offer as a new connection and existing postpaid customer can change his/her individual connection to this package.

What are the conditions applicable to obtain this package?

Only one connection per NIC be issued
Standard NIC level credit policy will be applicable

Can an existing customer change the current package to this package?

Yes, possible customer should be in any commercially available individual billing package holder. Customers those who are attached to contract based packages will not be able to proceed a package change until contract is completed.

Can I activate a data plan for this package?

Yes, following additional Data Bundles will be available for this offer from the date of activation. Customer can activate these bundle by dialing #170#.
