For Pay Now, Simply Dial *100#, you will get a follow up SMS or Simply Log in to Self-Care App For Pay Later, Simply Log in to Self-Care App or type “Usage” and sent to 4567.
8.Are there multiple subscriptions of BOOSTER plan allowed?
For Pay Now Users, Yes can subscribe to multiple from same BOOSTER plan
For Pay Later Users, No can enjoy only for one BOOSTER bundle within a bill run
9.Will my subscription to BOOSTER be auto renewed?
For Pay Now Users, No you need to recharge Rs.542 or dial #147# and activate BOOSTER again.
For Pay Later Users, Yes BOOSTER plan will be Automatically Renewed at the beginning of each Bill Run
10.Will my unutilized bundle in BOOSTER carried to next month?
For Pay Now Users and Pay Later Users, remaining bundle will not be carried forward to the following month.
11.What will happen to the remaining balance of the BOOSTER bundle if my account balance reaches ZERO?
This applies for Pay Now Users only, customer will be able to use their bundle without any interruption.
12.How can I unsubscribe the BOOSTER plan?
For Pay Now Users, Subscription will expire automatically after reaching 30 days from the date of activation
For Pay Later Users, Subscription can be removed by requesting a Package Change via our retail outlets.
