2. Payment terms
2.1. The Game contained in this Service are provided by Quest to Million. You may need to accept the Quest to Million' agreements and charges in order to use the Game. You hereby acknowledge that the Quest to Million may reserve the right to change Game prices and notify you within a reasonable time before you purchase the price plan. After a new price takes effect, you need to accept the new price in order to continue to use the Game. In the event that you do not agree with the change to the Game price, you are entitled to stop using this Service. You shall pay any applicable taxes in accordance with relevant laws.
3. Your behavior
You agree to use this Service fairly, accept this Agreement and abide by any applicable laws and regulations. You hereby agree not to use this Service to perform any of the following:

4. Suspension and termination of services
4.1. Quest to Million shall not be liable for any damages or compensation, if you are unable to use this Service due to the following circumstances, which fall outside the scope of the Service and are beyond Quest to Million's control. The circumstances include but are not limited to:
(1) Interruption of this Service by Quest to Million in order to carry out scheduled maintenance work or upgrade system software or hardware;
(2) Interruption to data transmission due to carrier system failure/fault with communications networks;
(3) Interruption to services due to force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, floods, Tsunamis, acts of war or terrorist attacks;
(4) Interruption of this Service due to carriers or providers of virtual/digital goods and value-added services ceasing operations;
(5) Interruption of system services due to malware, denial of service or other forms of hacker attacks.
4.2. If a force majeure event occurs, Quest to Million reserves the right to suspend the performance of any obligations under this Agreement and to continue performing its obligations after such period as reasonably required to reinstate the Service after the force majeure event has ended. Quest to Million will reasonab ly endeavor to end the force majeure event or find a solution so that Quest to Million can still perform its obligations during such an event.
5. Authorization
5.1. Without Quest to Million's written consent, you shall not transfer, assign, pledge or otherwise dispose of the obligations under this Agreement, as well as the rights and obligations arising out of this license and terms.
5.2. Within the term of this Agreement, Quest to Million may transfer, assign, subcontract or otherwise dispose of the obligations under this Agreement, as well as the rights and obligations arising due to this license and terms.
5.3. Your acknowledgment to Quest to Million
You hereby acknowledge that when you use this Service, you are entitled to or authorized to use all content that is uploaded, downloaded, released, sent by email, transmitted or stored in any available ways using your account.
5.4. Quest to Million's authorization to you
Quest to Million hereby grants you an irrevocable (subject always to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement), non-exclusive and non-transferable license (hereinafter referred to as "this License") to use this Service in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the End User Software License Agreement and commit not to:
(1) Duplicate any part of this Service unless the duplication is authorized under this Agreement;
(2) Rent, lease, sub-license, pledge, translate, combine with any other product or service, adjust, change or modify this Service;
(3) Break down, decompile or reverse engineer any part or all of this Service, or create any derivative works from any or all of this Service, or attempt to engage in any such behavior;
(4) Provide any third party with, or allow any third party to use all or part of this Service (including but not limited to program lists, objects, source program lists, target codes and source codes) without Quest to Million's prior written consent;
(5) Use this Service in a fraudulent manner or for any fraudulent purpose;
(6) Delete any copyright statements or notices contained in this Service;
(7) Attempt to disable, bypass, modify, invalidate or otherwise evade any digital copyright management systems that are related to this Service and/or are an integral part of this Service.
Although Quest to Million endeavors to provide you with personalized services, you acknowledge that this Service may not meet all of your individual needs. Quest to Million does not guarantee that this Service and its features described in any documentation will meet your individual needs.
This License and all related terms shall be binding upon you and Quest to Million, as well as upon successors and transferees of the rights and obligations of both parties, subject to Section 5.2.
6. Privacy protection
6.1. Quest to Million collects user statistics in aggregate form, in order to maintain and improve the Service, including the stability of Quest to Million. In order to technically perform the Service to you Quest to Million will collect your devices error information, technical data.
6.2. You will be provided with the latest software versions of the Game. In order to enable Quest to Million to constantly improve the quality of its Service (QoS) for the Game made available on the Quest to Million platform, you hereby acknowledge that, strictly limited to that purpose, Quest to Million may collect information.
6.3. If you do not agree to Quest to Million collecting the aforementioned information, unsubscribe Quest to Million to stop using its services.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. Quest to Million and its partners do not make any representations or warranties about this Service, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and commercial availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of a third party's rights. Quest to Million and its partners do not make any warranties that: (1) This Service will meet your requirements; (2) This Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (3) Any information you acquire during the use of this Service is accurate or reliable; (4) Any errors or bugs in any software provided by this Service will be rectified.
7.2. Quest to Million has no control over your network carrier and therefore cannot provide any warranties for the coverage, availability and quality of services. Subject to Section 8 below, you shall bear all risks associated with the Game and/or other materials acquired and accessed through this Service, and you shall be responsible for any damage caused to your device or loss of data occurring as a result of using this Service or the Games. When using this Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws. Your statutory rights are not affected by this Agreement.
7.3. Quest to Million cannot control Landing Page third party promoters and therefore cannot provide any warranties for Landing Page advertising content.
8. Limitations of liability and remedies
8.1. Subject to the provisions in Section 8.2., and to the extent permitted by local laws, our liability for damages shall be limited as follows:
8.1.1. We shall be liable only up to the amount of damages as typically foreseeable at the time of entering into the contract in respect of damages caused by Quest to Million's material breach of a contractual obligation under this Agreement.
8.1.2.. As a consumer your use of this Service shall be non-commercial. Quest to Million shall therefore not be liable to you for any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings contracts or time arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
8.2. Nothing in this warranty shall exclude or limit Quest to Million's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
8.3. You shall take all reasonable measures to mitigate and/or to avoid damages, including, in particular, an obligation for you to make back-up copies of data on a regular basis and to carry out security checks (in particular for the purpose of defending or detecting viruses, malware and other disruptive programmes within your IT System).
9. Indemnification
You in the following circumstances, you shall be liable to indemnify Quest to Million and its directors, executives, employees, agents, partners, suppliers and licensors against claims or lawsuits from any third parties, including reasonable attorney fees resulting from the intentional or negligent acts or omissions in case you will fully or negligently (3) breach any material provisions under this Agreement; (4) infringe upon any third-party rights, such as infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, or publish defamatory content or content that violates any non-disclosure agreement; or (5) modify or change any content of this Service without authorization.
10. General provisions
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in the event that any of the provisions in this Agreement are deemed by a court or other authority to be invalid, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected.
10.2. The section headings contained in this Agreement are used for convenience only and do not have the force of laws or agreements.
10.3. You must not transfer or assign obligations under this Agreement or transfer, assign, or sublicense rights under this Agreement.
10.4. You hereby acknowledge that Quest to Million's failure to implement or enforce any legal rights or remedies under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver thereof. These provisions [including privacy policies, user manuals (in the event that you have used Quest to Million devices) and any other provisions established in accordance with applicable laws] constitute the entire agreement between you and Quest to Million governing the use of this Service.
10.5. The translations of this Agreement are for reference only. In the event that other language versions conflict with the English version, the English version shall prevail.
11. Modification and termination
11.1. Quest to Million may update or modify this Agreement from time to time and notify you of the modified content. You will be deemed to have accepted the modified terms, unless you object to the changes within fourteen (14) days from that notification, provided that we have advised you of the effect of acceptance.
11.2. Terms 2 to 5 and 7 in this Agreement shall remain in force after you unregister or this Agreement is terminated.
