SLT-MOBITEL Couples Package is a standard prepaid VOICE package which offers an Unlimited Free Voice & SMS bundle within the group (M2M), for a Monthly Subscription fee of Rs.120+ Tax (With Tax- Rs.166.09) per connection.

What is the validity of the SLT-MOBITEL COUPLE PACKAGE?

Package validity is 30 Days.

Will the monthly subscription (Rs.166.09) be auto renewed?

No. Once the first activation is done customers can activate it manually by dialing #2267# (Sufficient account balance of Rs.166.09 or above must be available in the prepaid account).

What are the features available in this package?
  • Unlimited calls within the group (M2M).
  • Unlimited SMS within the group (M2M)
Is this package valid for all SLT-MOBITEL Prepaid Customers.?

Yes. This package is valid for all SLT-MOBITEL Mobile Prepaid customers.

Can existing SLT-MOBITEL Mobile Prepaid customers convert their standard Prepaid package to SLT-MOBITEL Couples Package?

Yes. Package change can be done upon customers request and consent with a minimum of two other numbers.

Can users activate data add-ons or voice add-ons plans while this package is activated?

Yes.

How can customers activate this package?

Customers can activate this package as a new prepaid connection or from M-agents, dealers and all SLT-MOBITEL branches.Existing customers can call 1717 or visit any SLT-MOBITEL branch and convert to this package.

Can customers obtain multiple new connections with SLT-MOBITEL couple package under the same NIC?

Yes. Customers can purchase up to 2 New Connections per NIC from this promotional package (Subject to Standard NIC restrictions)

What’s the validity period of this promotion?

This promotion is valid till 28-FEBRUARY-2023
