1.What is Tour Promotion for Roaming Customers ?
Offering a new promotional campaign specially designed for our existing and new roaming users. A raffle draw will be conducted for the eligible customer base and one prize winner will be chosen. The eligibility criteria to get a winning chance in the draw is to activate a roaming plan and generate a minimum monthly revenue of Rs.2,000/= (excluding tax). The grand prize of the draw will be a Thailand tour package for 2 persons which includes airfare, accommodation, visa, tours & per diem.
2.How can I be eligible for the Draw?

To be eligible, the Mobitel customer has to activate any of the existing Mobitel roaming plans and generate a monthly revenue of Rs.2,000/= or more (excluding tax)

Revenue will be captured based on the Bill cycle for postpaid customers (excluding corporate account type 02) and calendar month for prepaid customers.

Customers who have already activated roaming plans prior to the promotional period will be eligible if they meet the minimum roaming monthly revenue requirement during the promotional period (roaming bill needs to be generated for the period).
3.How do I qualify for the draw?

Customers can increase their winning chances by activating a roaming plan for more months during the promotional period.
(Eg. If customer has activated a roaming plan for months of Aug 2024 & Sep 2024 and generated more than Rs.2,000/= revenue exceeds in each month, he will get 2 chances at the “raffle draw” base. Any customer will get only one chance per month irrespective of number of activations within the considered month.
i.e. (Rs.2000 exceeds per month *5 = 5 chances maximum)

Prize will be awarded only for the Original Registered Customer for the relevant connection.
4.What is the effective period of the program?

The Program will be effective from 01st of August 2024 to the 31st of December 2024.
(Promotional Time Period - 05 months)
5.How will I be notified if I'm a winner of the Tour Promotion draw?

Winner will be announced after the promotional period.

Winner will be notified by a phone call via Mobitel customer care hotline number 0712755777
Note – Winners will not be contacted via personal Mobile numbers or Land line numbers under any circumstances
6.How do I collect my winning prizes in the draws?

Prize awarding day and procedure will be informed via Mobitel hotline 0712755777.
7.What are the conditions of the program?

Prize will be awarded only for the Original Registered Customer for the relevant connection.

Winner should participate/appear in promotional material as a winner from the raffle draw.

Winner will be contacted through 071-2755777 hotline.

In case of an unreachable winner, there will be three attempts made via phone and if not reachable, the next person chosen by the draw will be picked as the winner. The previous record will be discarded.
General Conditions

The winner will be selected through a raffle draw.

SLT-Mobitel holds the right to extend the promotion period.

SLT-Mobitel holds the right to do the winner selection and the decision shall be the final.

If the winner refuses to participate/appear in promotional material, SLT-Mobitel holds the right to choose a new person as a winner from the raffle draw.
