6.Do I need to activate this package again & again?
No. Once the package is activated, it will be automatically renewed after the validity period subject to availability of sufficient credit balance. (a customer can deactivate the bundle if they do not wish to get this auto renewed.)
7.How does the charging apply?

Customer will be charged USD 15 in the listed destinations. Validity of the plan is a week. (7 days)

8.What are the notifications received when the plan is activated/deactivated?
Activation SMS:
Dear customer, USD 15 Weekly Data plan has been activated. Pkg bundles will be received upon sufficient credit balance. Please restart your device! Kindly note that roaming plan usage and billing cycle will be reset at 12AM, Sri Jayewardenepura time after the validity period. T&C apply.
Deactivation SMS:
Dear customer, USD 15 Weekly Data plan has been de-activated. Kindly note you will be charged for standard roaming rates.
9.What are the other plans/packages I can use with this plan?
Customers can activate One rate roaming, USD 10 & USD 40 unlimited roaming plans along with this USD 15 weekly unlimited data plan.
10.How do I get charged if I have activated 10$/40$ unlimited roaming plans and 15$ weekly unlimited data plan simultaneously?

In a country where both plans are available and customer has activated, he will be charged USD 10 per 3 days/ USD 40 per 14 days (Priority will be given to 10$/40$ unlimited roaming plan) and offered unlimited data, M2M voice and SMS.

In a country where only 15$ weekly unlimited data plan is available, customer will be charged only USD 15 for the unlimited data roaming plan. In this country, customer will only be eligible to use unlimited data and will be charged for voice and SMS with the standard/ one rate charging.
