T&C - Digital Detailed Bill
Any Customer who make use of the detailed bill services shall be deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions
  • The mobile connection in respect of which the detailed bills are sought should be in active status as the password shall be sent to the said mobile for accessing the documents via e-mail. 
  • There shall be charges applicable for provision of detail bill service and if the request is directly received to the 2nd level support team, the applicable chargers will be debited to customer’s account.
  • The password generated by the system that must be utilized to access detailed bills sent through the mobile connection shall strictly be not issued to any other third party. 
  • Please note that the passwords and reference numbers are interconnected and a password shall not allow access to documents with different reference numbers.
  • If the customer fails to enter the correct password, access shall not be granted to open the shared document.
  • Pre-Paid detailed bills would not be e-mailed through this system.
  • Detailed bill issuing general policy and procedure will apply when sending/issuing the call rating document via e-mail. 
  • Customer is granted a 50% discount on detailed bill chargers when receiving the detailed bills through e mail.
  • No responsibility will be accepted for any technical errors which may occur during the provision of this service. 
  • Mobitel will not be liable for any injury, loss, claims, costs, expenses or damage which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect to the detailed bill services. 
  • No responsibility will be accepted for requests / registrations that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
  • Mobitel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.
