The 247 Helpline is a free medical advisory service available to all SLT-Mobitel, Dialog, and Hutch customers. By dialing 247, you are connected to qualified medical professionals who provide guidance on general health concerns at any time—24 hours a day.

The service offers timely advice on a wide range of common and urgent health issues, including injuries, fever and flu-like symptoms, breathing difficulties, waterborne illnesses, minor infections, and other related health concerns. This support helps you understand whether the situation requires home care, medication, or immediate medical attention.

2. How to use this service?

SLT-Mobitel mobile, Dialog, and Hutch users can simply dial 247 to access the service. SLT-Mobitel fixed-line customers may dial 1247. After selecting their preferred language, they will be connected to a medical professional who will provide the necessary assistance.

3. Is there a charge for using the 247 Helpline?

No. The service is completely free of charge for all SLT-Mobitel, Dialog, and Hutch customers
