1.What is the Online Bill Payment Promo?

The promotion offers Post Paid customers a 3GB data bundle free for bills paid through all online payment channels.

 

2.Who is eligible to obtain this offer?

Eligibility is only for Post Paid Individual billing connections. Corporate accounts are not entitled for the offer.

 

3.Which online payment Channels are eligible for the promotion?

Customers are eligible for the Online Payment promo bundle only if payments are made through the following online payment channels:

  • All Banking Digital Channels/Apps and Websites (including all local and international banks etc.)
  • Online Banking - Through credit card and debit cards
  • Via Lanka QR

 

4.How can a customer be eligible to obtain the Online Payment promo on offer?

Customers are required to make payments accumulating to Rs. 1,000/- (minimum) in a calendar month period via the above mentioned online payment points.

Payments can be made through either one of the above-mentioned points.

             Eg;- Rs.1,000/- made through Banks Digital Platform

 

5.When can customers enjoy the free Online Payment promo bundle?

Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a 3GB data bundle on the following day from the payment date.

Eg:- The customers who make 1,000 online payments on April 20, 2024, he will be eligible to receive the Online Payment Promo Bundle on April 21, 2024.

 

6.What is the expiry date for the Online Payment promo bundle?

Bundles expiry is set for 30 days from the date of awarding the bundle.

Eg:- The bundle awarded on the 20th  of June can be utilized within 30 days from the offered date.

 

7.How many times can a customer be eligible for the Online Payment promo bundle?

Within a calendar month, a customer can be eligible for the bundle only once.

 

8.If a customer has multiple mobile numbers under one account, can he/she receive the Online Payment promo bundle for all numbers?

            No. The Online Payment promo bundle will be only eligible for the mobile number used to make the online payment. (account related payments not valid)

10.How will the eligible customer be notified of receiving the Online Payment promo bundle?

An eligible customer will be notified through a SMS on the following occasions:

Moreover, a System note will be applied against the said mobile number.
