The minimum account balance required to activate the Smart Loan is Rs. 0.00, while the maximum account balance is Rs. 30.00.

 

7.How can I re-pay my loan?

The loan amount will be automatically recovered in the following ways when you do a recharge.

Normal recharge

 

Full Recovery

If your normal recharge is sufficient to recover the total amount of the loan, the loan amount and the service fee will be deducted entirely.

 

Partial recovery

If your normal recharge amount is insufficient to cover the total loan amount and the service fee, deductions will be made partially.

 

Ex: If your loan amount is Rs.58 + service charge including taxes and you recharge Rs.30, the total recharge amount will be deducted towards repaying the loan. Any remaining balance of the loan needs to be paid off with a future recharge.

 

Voice/ Data Package Recharges

Full Recovery

If your Voice/ Data Package Recharge is sufficient to recover the total amount of the loan, the loan amount and the service fee will be deducted entirely.

 

Partial recovery

If your Voice/ Data Package Recharge amount is insufficient to cover the total loan amount and the service fee, deductions will be made partially.

 

Ex: If your loan amount is Rs.118 and you recharge Rs.58, the entire recharge amount will be deducted towards repaying the loan. Any remaining balance of the loan will need to be paid off with a future recharge.
