1. What is this offer?
This is a special offer where customers can pay their SLT-Mobitel mobile bill via LANKAQR by scanning the QR code available on eBill using the mCash App.
A customer can get 5GB Free data with 300 M2M minutes & 300 M2M SMS and 10% cashback for a transaction value of Rs 1,000 and above during a calendar month.

3. What is the promotion duration?
This offer is valid from 31st March 2022 till further notice.
4. How many times a single customer can get this offer during the offer period?
  • 5GB, 300 mins & 300 SMS - Only once per month.
  • 10% Cashback – Once per month up to Rs 200 only
5.Is this benefit applicable for both pre-paid & postpaid customers?
The offer is only applicable to the SLT-Mobitel Postpaid customers.
This is applicable only for postpaid customers who pay their bill by scanning the LANKAQR available on the ebill using any member institution’s Mobile App(s) certified by CBSL.
6.What is the minimum transaction value to be eligible for this offer?
The Customer should make a cumulative transaction value of Rs 1,000 or above within a calendar month (cumulative transaction value per Mobile number is acceptable)
7.Where can customers scan the LANKAQR?
Customer can only scan the QR code available on the SLT-Mobitel eBill.
8.Can this offer be combined with any other SLT-Mobitel offer?
No, if the customer has already received or been entitled for 5GB offer with 300 M2M Minutes & 300 M2M SMS and 10% cashback during the promotional period through any other channels of SLT-Mobitel (Online payment, SLT-Mobitel SelfCare, mCash ) then the customer will not be eligible to get offer again for that respective month.
9.If a customer has two connections under his/her name, is it applicable for both?
Yes, per connection/Mobile Number Customer will receive free 5GB data with 300 M2M Minutes & 300 M2M per month.
10. When will the 5GB data be expired?
5GB data with 300 M2M Minutes & 300 M2M SMS will be expired in 30 Days.
11. How to TopUp mCash?
  • Using the mobile or internet banking facility of Commercial Bank, Hatton National Bank, Sampath Bank, Pan Asia Bank or Cargill’s Bank Account.
  • Visiting any mCash touchpoint island-wide, such as SLT-Mobitel Branches, Singer Mega, Singer Plus, SISIL world, Singer Homes, Keells Super, SDB, Amana Bank, Lanka Bell, Soft logic branches, Pay & Go Kiosks and to over 30,000 mCash Retailer island-wide
  • Top-up via LANKAQR
14. What are the Terms and Conditions of this promotion?
  • Customers are expected to use the promotion in good faith and if Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd identifies that a Customer is misusing the mCash promotion or if he/she is not adhering according to Fair User Policy, then the customer shall be suspended from enjoying the service as deemed necessary by Mobitel.
  • Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd deserves the right to conclude/change this offer at any point of time.
