Online SIM delivery is a service provided by SLT-MOBITEL that offers the customers to order a new SIM or Get their SIM Replaced that will be delivered to their doorstep

Online Orders can be done 24x7. Hotline orders will be taken according to Agent Availability.

5. How can I know my order is placed successfully?

When order is placed Online an email and SMS with reference number will be sent for confirmation of request. When order is placed by Hotline the agent will give the confirmation and reference number.

6. What is the delivery process?

Once the order is placed one of our Sales Agent will contact the customer within 24-36 Hours and will deliver to their doorstep

7. How can I track my online order status?

Online Order Status can be tracked by calling SLT-MOBITEL Hotline and providing the reference number

New Connection charges may apply in accordance with the package chosen. SIM and Delivery will be Free of Charge;
