2.Who are eligible for this package?
For New Customers
This package is available for students aged 16 to 25 years. To activate the package, students must provide a valid student ID or an official letter from their educational institution.
The package can be obtained from any SLT-Mobitel branch or authorized retailer.
For Existing SLT-Mobitel Mobile Customers
Existing SLT-Mobitel mobile customers aged 16 to 25 years can activate this package by submitting a student ID or an official letter from their educational institution at any SLT-Mobitel branch island wide.
3.How to Activate this package ?
The Hello AI Package is available as a prepaid package. Once a customer is verified and deemed eligible after submitting the required documents, they can activate the Rs. 799 Hello AI Package using the following methods:

By Logging Into the SLT-Mobitel Mobile SelfCare App.
4.Other Conditions

When the App Bundle (GB) is exhausted, the data consumption for those apps will be consumed from the Extra Anytime Bundle (GB) or the Extra Night Time Bundle (12AM – 6AM) if available.

Extra Anytime Bundle (GB) or the Extra Night Time Bundle (12AM – 6AM) can be utilized for any application apart from the 10 Apps offered in the App Bundle (GB)

Data Usage charge beyond entitled Extra Anytime Bundle (GB), App Bundle (GB) & Extra Night Time Bundle (12AM – 6AM) will be: Rs.0.30 + Taxes per MB, if there are No Data bundles available.

Voice Usage charge beyond entitled Any Net Local Voice Minute Bundle will be: Rs.1.50 + Taxes per Minute, if there are No other Voice Minute Bundles are available.

Once a customer turns 26 years old, they will no longer be eligible for the Hello AI package and will be introduced with SLT-Mobitel’s commercially available packages
