2. How does the payment plan for the Samsung Galaxy A06 work?

  • Just make an Upfront Payment: Rs. 16,600 (at the time of purchase) by cash or credit card.
  • Sign up for a contract form and pay Monthly Installments: Rs. 2,324 per month for 12 months.
    No additional device payment is required beyond these amounts.

7. I’m on prepaid can I get this offer?

You can convert your prepaid connection to a postpaid connection and opt for the respective package and get the Samsung A06, simply pay 16,600 Upfront and Rest Balance in Installments.

8. What happens if I want to disconnect before completing the installments?

If you wish to disconnect or downgrade your postpaid connection before finishing the 12 months, the remaining balance must be paid in full.
Note: Postpaid to Prepaid migration is not allowed unless the total outstanding installment amount of the device offer is fully settled

9. What would happen if I could not settle the monthly bill?

If you do not settle your bill during the contract period, your account will be temporarily disconnected, and If the amount is not settled within 10 the device will be locked until full payment is made, and your device will display reminders.

10. How can I unlock my device if it’s locked due to non-payment?

Once you pay all outstanding amounts, Dial the 1717 customer care Hotline or visit your nearest Mobitel Outlet.

11. How many devices can I get under this offer?

Only one device per NIC is allowed under this offer (any ongoing contract should be settled).

12. Will this affect my credit limit?

Yes. Your credit limit will be temporarily increased by Rs. 4,000/- to facilitate the installment of the device. After completing the contract period, additional credit limits will be removed.

13. Do I need to settle my current bills before getting this offer?

Yes. All outstanding bills under your NIC must be settled before obtaining the device.

14. How long will this Samsung Galaxy A06 offer be available?
