What is the data bundle Mobitel is providing?
Mobitel will provide a data bundle of 100GB for the customer that uses a Mobitel connection on the device purchased by Mobitel.
How long is it valid for?
The data bundle is valid for 30 days.
Who is it applicable for?
Both Mobitel Post Paid and Pre Paid customers.
*Prepaid – effective immediately
*Postpaid – effective from next bill run
How is the Bundle activated?
After purchasing the device and inserting the Mobitel SIM, customer is requested to provide the mobile number to the respective sales agent. The bundle will be allocated to this number on the next working day.
From where can these Samsung devices purchased?
Phones will be available at selected Mobitel main branches from 29th August 2020 onwards. Phones also can be transferred to any other location on request.
Can I use Mobitel 5G in the Note20 series?
Yes. The Note20 series are compatible with Mobitel 5G spectrum bands. Once Mobitel commercializes the network, customers can successfully experience the 5G with Mobitel.

What is the special credit card offer?
Nations Trust American Express is providing up to 20 months 0% instalment scheme for Mobitel customers. Scheme is a call and convert scheme. After processing the transaction at Mobitel customer has to call the bank on 0114414141 to convert the same.
