1. What is the new service launched with PickMe via mCash?

mCash collaborates with PickMe to offer collection management services to their drivers/riders via mCash platform. This service will enable the drivers/riders of PickMe to make their driver collection payments via mCash channels conveniently.

2. Who are eligible to conduct Pickme transactions via mCash channels?

Any driver/rider registered with PickMe can conveniently conduct transactions via mCash channels

3. What are the mCash channels/ enabled locations which accepts PickMe collection services?
  • a. mCash Mobile application (Under Utility category)
  • b. SLT-Mobitel branches
  • c. Sanasa Branches
  • d. Selected Singer Mega branches
  • e. Multi-purpose Coop cities (MPCS)
  • f. mCash retailers
4. How can PickMe drivers/riders make payments to PickMe via mCash channels?

Anyone driver/rider registered with PickMe can make their payments to PickMe using the following steps.

  • Visit the nearest SLT-Mobitel branch location or mCash enabled location.
  • Inform the SLT-Mobitel or mCash enabled location staff member that you need to make a payment to PickMe.
  • Inform the necessary details (as per the requirement).
  • Inform the amount you wish to pay.

A confirmation SMS will be sent to the given contact mobile number upon successful payment.

5. What is the transaction limit for drivers/riders when doing the payment to PickMe via mCash channels?

6. How long does it take to update the payment?

All PickMe transactions made via mCash will be updated real-time

7. What are the extra charges for availing this service?

Payments conducted to PickMe via mCash is free of cost.

8. How to know if the payment is successful?

After the payments are made via mCash enabled platforms, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the driver/rider confirming the transaction to the provided mobile number.

Similarly, an SMS will be sent by PickMe to the respective driver’s mobile number maintained at their system.

9. Where to contact for enquiries/ lodge complaints?

Mobitel: PickMe drivers/riders can dial 7111 if they wish to contact for inquiries or to lodge complaints


PickMe: PickMe drivers/riders can dial 0114 507507 if they wish to contact or raise concerns via Inapp if they wish to lodge complaints"
