Customer can use this facility while in Sri Lanka or while roaming.

Can I activate any roaming plans while the data roaming facility is blocked?

Yes. There will be no restriction to activate data roaming plans with this facility. Data roaming barring will get automatically removed with roaming data plan activation.

When Data Roaming is Deactivated, do I have to turn ON data once I return to Sri Lanka?

Customers can use local data service even though data roaming is deactivated while in Sri Lanka.
