A 10GB data bundle will be offered to the customers when they migrate from a 3G sim to a 4G sim. Customer can use the offered bundle within the 4G network only. Further for data usage while on 3G, standard charges will be applied.
 
Who Can get this 10GB bundle after migrating to 4G?
 
Both prepaid and postpaid customers who fulfill the eligibility criteria will receive this bundle 
This offer will be communicated only among the customers who are eligible. 
 
What are the conditions of this offer bundle?
 
The offer bundle validity is 30 days 
There are no time bands (Daytime/Night time) applied for this bundle. 
This is a one-time offer. 
Only the eligible customers will receive the free bundle after a SIM change.
Eligible prepaid customers will receive the bundle immediately after the IMSI change. Eligible Postpaid customers who get their SIMs changed will receive the free bundle in their following bill cycles respectively.
 
How can I check whether I am eligible for this 4G migration offer?
 
Dial #170# and select no.4- 4G SIM Change Offer. 
In the next menu, select no.2- Check My Eligibility
You will be notified whether you are eligible for the offer.
 
How can I check the balance of this 10GB bundle?
 
Prepaid customers can check the balance of this bundle by messaging (SMS) “DB” to 7678 data balance check.
Postpaid customers can check the balance of this bundle by messaging (SMS) “Usage” to 4567
All eligible customers will receive 75%, 90%, 100% consumption notifications upon their usage.
