Customers can organize and schedule their bill payments through a one-time sign up for Auto Bill Settlement Service and the respective bills will be settled on the billing dates automatically by utilizing funds available in the customer’s mCash account.

5. What happens if my mCash Account does not have enough funds on the bill payment date?
In the event of insufficient mCash wallet balance, the auto bill settlement payment for the particular month will be retried on a daily basis for a period of 5 Days and it will be cancelled thereafter. Customer will be notified via SMS. Then, a new attempt will be initiated at the next bill run for the new month.
6.Is there a separate service charge for Auto Bill Settlement?
No additional charges to obtain this service.
7.Can I cancel Auto Bill Settlement whenever I want?
Yes. You may cancel the service on any day prior to the Bill settlement date.
8.How do I know if my Auto Bill Settlement Request was successful?
You will receive a SMS notification upon successful activation of the service.
9.What is the difference between Auto Bill Settlement and Standing Order?
Auto Bill Settlement is an upgrade to the standing Order facility, where a customer can setup a command for mCash to settle the outstanding amount of SLT-Mobitel Mobile Bills in future on a pre-defined day of each month.
Standing order is where a customer can setup a command for mCash to perform a payment of pre-defined value on a particular day of each month to a selected biller/merchant.
10.How does the 10% Cash Back offer work for Auto Bill Settlements?
Once a bill payment is done automatically on the scheduled date through Auto Bill Settlement service, the customer will receive the 10% cash back to the respective mCash wallet immediately.
