Customer can activate the given songs via any mTune activation channel. (IVR/SMS/WEB, etc..)

Eligibility for the cash prizes offer mandates the activation of a minimum of one song (mTune) during the stipulated promotional period.
To be eligible, a user must freshly activate at least one content out of the given content list during the promotional period. (*The users who have activated the mentioned contents before the campaign period will not be eligible for the cash give away).
If the customer has activated multiple songs which are mentioned in the content list within the given period, customer is eligible for multiple chances which is equivalent to the number of new song download. (Ex. If the customer activates 5 songs out of the given list, customer get 5 chances to cash give away for all the 5 song downloads).
If a customer has activated and deactivated a song out of the mentioned list on the same day within the promotional period, that will not be considered for the cash give away offer. For the better understanding, service should be in active status at the end of promotion end date to be eligible for the cash give away.
The campaign's validity period is from 1st April 2025 to 30th April 2025 exclusively. After this period, customers desiring continued mTune services may proceed, while those opting for service termination can initiate through designated channels (Via SMS/ IVR/ Web/ Call Center).
SLT Mobitel has the sole authority to select the winners and the decision shall be final.
Winners will be picked by a system-generated report conducted in presence of SLT Mobitel Internal audit on the draw date.
