What is the “MISSED CALL GAME/ MISSED CALL සල්පිල” service?

“MISSED CALL GAME/ MISSED CALL සල්පිල” is a digital version of the traditional “ගමේ සල්පිල” concept which facilitates the option to buy preferred products by placing their unique and highest bid value instead of respective product market prices.

Missed Call සල්පිල Bajaj Discover 125cc motor bike promo campaign period will be 1^st of December 2023 to 30^th December 2023.

How to select the winner?

End of the promotional period, the system automatically picks the customer who placed the highest and most unique bid/points and is selected as a winner of the series.

How to activate the service?

The customer needs to dial the 696 short codes and press 1 or Type REG MC and SMS to 696 for initial activation. By activating the service, the customer falls under the initial subscription. Upon successful charging customer gets 5 points each per day.

How to get additional points?

In order to get more points, the customer needs to dial 696 as a missed call, and with every additional attempt, the customer gets 5 points upon successful charging.

Is there any power-up plans available to get more points without dialing more missed calls?

Yes. Power-up plans are available for users who are willing to place more bids by dialing fewer calls.

If the initial daily subscription failed, fallback charging will be enabled automatically, and relevant points will be added to the customers’ final bid.

Customers can deactivate the service by sending the following SMS.

General terms & conditions

All the tax charges are subject to government taxes & levies.
Above service is activated using the mobile operator’s Activation process. The operator will request confirmation prior to activating the service.
The service will be renewed automatically (until the user deactivates the service) and will be charged on each renewal depending on your mobile connection type (Prepaid / Postpaid).
Mobitel will be charged relevant subscription/ one-time charges upon the customers’ consent to activate the service.
The user can deactivate the service at any given time by respective deactivation method or by notifying the Mobitel customer service team via the 1717 hotline.
Any clarifications, concerns, refunds, etc. to be handled by Mobitel.
Winner selection procedure will be carried out by the Mobitel team in line with the predefined audited process. SLT Mobitel has the sole authority to select the winners and the decision shall be final.
