Do customers need to keep a deposit for the selected package?

Yes. Customers should keep a refundable deposit based on the selected package.

What are the required documents which customers need to provide when obtaining the data device offer?

  • Copy of NIC/ PPT or valid Driving License
  • Copy of Valid Billing Proof which has under buyer name

From where can these dongles be purchased?

These dongles are currently available at selected Mobitel outlets (Refer Device Team Stock Report). Dongles also can be delivered to any other location on request. Customers can get the dongles via home delivery offer by calling 1717 also.

Yes. Every customer should sign an agreement valid for a period of 24 months with Mobitel

What will happen if any customer disconnects the connection within the contract period?

Customer will get charged a penalty of Rs.250/-per month for the remaining months

What can the customer do after completing the contract period?

The Customer can stay continue with the same package or have the option to change to any postpaid data package available

Can package changes be done during the contract period?

Yes. Customers are able to change their packages only to a higher monthly rental package by placing the required deposit. (Package downgrades are not allowed during the contract period)

What is the applicable warranty period for the dongle?

One year from date of purchase for manufacturing defects.

What are the terms & conditions of this offer?

  • Availability is based on stock levels at the respective location
  • Customers should purchase the dongle and package at the same time. If a customer requires only the dongle he/ she should pay the standard price for a dongle which is Rs.,4100/-
  • Ownership changes are not allowed during the contract period.
  • Number change is not allowed during the contract period.
