How can the customer redeem this offer?

This offer is exclusively available to Mobitel customers who utilize their Mobitel connection for booking appointments via available channels, such as the 225 IVR, eChannelling App, and Web.

Is there any limitation on appointments associated with this promotion?

Every e-channeling appointment (Doctor appointments only) will be eligible for this offer during the promotion period.

Appointments for the Minister of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and National Transport Medical Institute (NTMI) will not be eligible/ considered for this promotion.
