General Terms and Conditions

All service charges are subject to the government taxes and levies.
This service will be activated as per the mobile phone feature service activation process.
This service and the content contained therein are provided by third party providers and the copyright/accuracy/validity etc. of the content are the responsibility of the respective service/content providers and SLT Mobitel shall not be liable for any damage or loss.
Service charges depending on your mobile connection type (prepaid / postpaid) and charges will be automatically renewed until the service is deactivated by the subscriber.
The mobile number is exposed to the service provider upon the consent of the customers to activate the service.
The giveaway will commence on 01/02/2025 at 00.00AM hours and closes on 28/02/2025 at 23.59PM
To be eligible to win, the subscriber must be subscribed to the Nathasha app on AppMaker at the time of selection of winners.
To be eligible, the customer must activate the service for the first time during the promotional period. Customers who have activated the service more than 6 months before the promotional period will not be considered.
5 lucky winners will be selected during the promotional period.
SLT Mobitel has the sole authority to select the winners, and the decision shall be final.
Winners will be picked by a system-generated report conducted in presence of SLT Mobitel Internal audit on the draw date.
The participants agree to indemnify SLT Mobitel for any technical errors which may occur during the campaign period.
SLT Mobitel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.

1. How to register to the platform?

• If you haven't registered to APPMAKER yet follow the link and complete the registration process. https://appmaker.lk/app/register.
Once done you can login with your email and password you provided during registration.

2. Do I have to pay to register? Are there any ongoing fees?

• No. Registration and use of the platform is free.

3. How to create an app?

4. Can I make any kind of app on the platform?

No. We don’t allow certain app types on the platform. Please read our terms and conditions on what types of apps you are not allowed to create on the platform.

5. How to publish the app?

• Please refer following link for steps on how to publish your app

6. How many days will it take to get the approval?

• On average an app will be approved within three working days.

7. What are the next steps after getting the approval for the app?

• Upload the app to Playstore.
• Then start marketing Playstore uploaded app or PWA (Progressive Web App).

8. How to edit the profile details (NIC, email address, contact number, bank details, etc.)?

• To edit details, go to Profile-> Edit profile, do the changes, and click on Save button.
Note: You can’t edit the profile after it has been verified by Mobitel

9. As a service provider, how do I offer my App to Mobitel users ?

• In order to enable billing for Mobitel customers, as an SP you need to have added a Mobitel number either as your primary or alternate contact number. Thereafter you would be able to submit your app for Mobitel operator approval, which would be granted on successful validation of your profile details against the details of your provided Mobitel phone number. Kindly note that the connection needs to have the same information used when registering for your APPMAKER account.

11. How to delete my app?

• To delete an app, go to Publish -> Delete. Incase there are subscribers for your app, it is compulsory that you inform Mobitel before deleting your app. (Email - appmakersupport@mobitel.lk
