• If you haven't registered to APPMAKER yet follow the link and complete the registration process.

Once done you can login with your email and password you provided during registration.

• No. Registration and use of the platform is free.
3. How to create an app?
4. Can I make any kind of app on the platform?
No. We don’t allow certain app types on the platform. Please read our terms and conditions on what types of apps you are not allowed to create on the platform.
5. How to publish the app?
6. How many days will it take to get the approval?
• On average an app will be approved within three working days.
7. What are the next steps after getting the approval for the app?
• Upload the app to Playstore.
• Then start marketing Playstore uploaded app or PWA (Progressive Web App).
8. How to edit the profile details (NIC, email address, contact number, bank details, etc.)?
• To edit details, go to Profile-> Edit profile, do the changes, and click on Save button.
Note: You can’t edit the profile after it has been verified by Mobitel
9. As a service provider, how do I offer my App to Mobitel users ?
• In order to enable billing for Mobitel customers, as an SP you need to have added a Mobitel number either as your primary or alternate contact number. Thereafter you would be able to submit your app for Mobitel operator approval, which would be granted on successful validation of your profile details against the details of your provided Mobitel phone number. Kindly note that the connection needs to have the same information used when registering for your APPMAKER account.

• To delete an app, go to Publish -> Delete. Incase there are subscribers for your app, it is compulsory that you inform Mobitel before deleting your app. (Email - appmakersupport@mobitel.lk
