This package will provide a special roaming package to the migrant workers registered with SLBFE and a local package for their family members in Sri Lanka.

Note:

Rental get charged at the 1st time the customer start using the bundle for the roaming package from 2nd month onwards.

How/ where can I obtain this Ran Piyapath Package?

This package can be obtained at the Mobitel counter located at SLBFE head office in Battaramulla and from any other Mobitel branches including the BIA Mobitel branch.
Important:

Only one package is allowed for a single NIC number of a customer.

How can I de-activate this package?

You can deactivate this package by visiting any Mobitel branch located island wide.

How do I get charged after I complete using the bundle?

Roaming - You will be charged for standard roaming rates after full utilization of the bundle. Eg: If the outgoing bundle (200 minutes) is fully utilized, then you will be charged for standard roaming rates for outgoing even though the other bundles remain.

Local - You will be charged for standard local rates after full utilization of the bundle. Eg: If the outgoing bundle (1000 minutes) is fully utilized, then you will be charged for standard rates for outgoing even though the other bundles remain.

How do I get charged in a non-plan country?

You will be charged for standard roaming rates in a non-plan country.

Do I have auto renewal option for this plan?

Yes. The package will be auto renewed after the expiry of the validity period (After 30 days) upon the availability of sufficient balance for the customer.

What are the notifications received when the plan is activated/deactivated?

Deactivation	FEB Roam package has been successfully de-activated. Kindly note you will be charged for standard roaming rates.
Threshold notification	Minutes to SL Mobitel bundle: Dear customer, you are left with less than 10 minutes of your free voice bundles to Sri Lankan Mobitel subscribers. Data bundle: Dear customer, you are left with less than 15MB on your roaming data bundle.
Usage Notification	Voice bundle to SL Mobitel: Your free voice M2M bundle is over. Please note that you will be charged at standard rates with taxes. Voice bundle to SL other: Your free voice M2O bundle is over. Please note that you will be charged at standard rates with taxes. Voice bundle to visit country: Your free voice calls to visit country bundle is over. Please note that you will be charged at standard rates with taxes. Incoming bundle: Your free incoming voice calls bundle is over. Please note that you will be charged at standard rates with taxes. Data bundle: Your free GPRS bundle is over. Please note that you will be charged at standard rates with taxes. SMS bundle: Your free SMS bundle is over. Please note that you will be charged at standard rates with taxes.
