    All Mobitel postpaid and prepaid customers with VoLTE-supported mobile devices updated to the   latest software versions.

4. Which mobile devices support VoLTE?

   All iPhone 6S and newer models with the latest iOS version.

   Selected Android devices.

5. What do I need to make a VoLTE call?

   A VoLTE-supported mobile device with the latest software update.

   Be in a 4G coverage area.

6. How do I enable VoLTE on my device?

   VoLTE is automatically enabled if your device is updated to the latest software.

   To enable it manually, follow these steps:

     Huawei: Settings > Wireless and Networks > Mobile Network > Enable 4G & VoLTE HD calls.

     Xiaomi: Settings > SIM cards and Mobile networks > Mobitel SIM > Use VoLTE.

     VIVO Settings > Mobile Network > Enable VoLTE HD calls.

     Samsung: Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > VoLTE Calls.

     Apple: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data > Enable VoLTE.

     Steps may vary by device model.

7. How do I know if I'm using VoLTE?

   iPhone users: The top left of your screen will show ‘4G’ during calls.

   Android users: You will see a VoLTE icon at the top of your screen during calls.

8. Do I need a new service or plan to use VoLTE?

   No, VoLTE works with your current service and plan.

9. Do I need a new SIM card for VoLTE?

   No, your existing SIM card will work with VoLTE.
