What is the Online Bill Payment Promo?

The promotion offers Post Paid customers a 3GB data bundle free for bills paid through all online payment points.

 

Who is eligible to obtain this offer?

Eligibility is only for Post Paid Individual billing connections. Corporate accounts are not entitled for the offer.

 

What online payment points are eligible for the promotion?

Customers are eligible for the Online Payment promo bundle only if payments are made through the following online payment points:

 

  • All Banking Digital Channels/Apps and Websites (including all local and international banks etc.)
  • Online Banking - Through credit card and debit cards
  • Via LankaQR

 

How can a customer be eligible to obtain the Online Payment promo on offer?

Customers are required to make payments accumulating to Rs. 1,000/- (minimum) in a calendar month period via the above mentioned online payment points.

 

  • Payments can be made through either one of the above-mentioned points.

             Eg;- Rs.1,000/- made through Banks Digital Platform

 

When can customers enjoy the free Online Payment promo bundle?

The promotion bundle - 3GB data bundle will be made available instantly to the customer as soon as the conditions are met.

Eg:- For payments made on 20th March 2024, the customer will be awarded the Online Payment promo bundle, a few mins after the conditions are met.

 

What is the expiry date for the Online Payment promo bundle?

 

Bundles expiry is set for 30 days from the date of awarding the bundle.

Eg:- The bundle awarded on the 20th of March will be able for 30 days from that date.

 

How many times can a customer be eligible for the Online Payment promo bundle?

Within a calendar month, a customer can be eligible for the bundle only once.

 

If a customer has multiple mobile numbers under one account, can he/she receive the Online Payment promo bundle for all numbers?

No. The Online Payment promo bundle will be only eligible for the number used to make the online payment.
