How to participate in this promotion ?

All postpaid and prepaid individual subscribers (see terms and conditions for exclusions) who record a song or a greeting/message & activate it as a mTune during 7th April 2023 to 10th June 2023 will be entitled to a draw conducted after the promotion period.

How to use this feature?
Dial 777 and listen to the welcome prompt.
Select No.1 to record
After the beep start recording the content ( maximum 40seconds)
After recording the content press # to complete the recording.
Press 1 to confirm the recording if want to re-record press 2.
Press 1 to set as mtune for all callers, press 2 to set for a dedicated user follow the instructions for more settings.
Content will be sent for mobitel administrator approval.
Once the content is approved the customer will be notified with the activation SMS.
If the content is rejected same will be informed to the customer.
How will the winners be informed?

Winners will be contacted via phone number 0712755777.

What will be the mTune charges?

What are the Terms & Conditions?
  1. To be eligible, a user must dial 777 to record the content & active it as his/her mTune during the promotion period.
  2. The user needs to keep the content active at least until the promotion end date, users who has removed the recorded ring back tone before the end of the promotion period will be disqualified, but if the user has activated another content within the promotion period will be entitled for the draw.
  3. User can record multiple user generated contents and activate it as his/her mTune.
  4. User can remove the recorded content and activate another recorded content or any other mtune as his/her mTune.
  5. User can simultaneously keep a user generated content & a normal content as his/her mTune.
  6. Customer shall be liable for any Harmful & Defamatory contents recorded.
  7. Customer shall be liable for audio recorded from any type of third-party playing contents. i.e. YouTube Videos/ Radio FM/ TV/ Music apps.
  8. Mobitel has the right to accept or reject the recorded contents before activating it as mTune.
  9. Recorded content can only be activated for the respective mobile number which was used to record.
  10. Winners will be picked by a system-generated report conducted in presence of Mobitel Internal Audit on the draw date.
  11. Winners will be contacted via phone number 071-2755777
  12. In case winner is unreachable, there will be three attempts made via phone and if not reachable, the next record of the report will be picked as the winner. The previous record will be discarded.
  13. Winners will be announced after the final date of entry for the promotion period.
  14. Mobitel staff, Suppliers and Business partners of Mobitel, Advertising Agency and their immediate family members will not be eligible to participate in this competition.
  15. The participants agree to indemnify Mobitel for any technical errors, which may occur during the promotion period.
  16. Mobitel holds the right to do the winner selection and the decision will be the final.
  17. The prizes will be awarded to the winners who have duly paid all amounts payable for the use of all Mobitel’s services. This includes all due mobile bills connected under the National identity card number of the winner.
  18. Winners will be entitled for the giveaway provided by SLT-Mobitel and there will be no negotiations with the provided giveaway. The giveaway provided by the company will be the final giveaway and the warranty of the gift will be applied as defined by the company.
