Terms and Conditions

 

By using the service, you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. The service will be available only in Sinhala and Tamil Languages.

  2. Users will be charged Rs. 2+Tax per Call.

  3. To end accessing the service, User may discontinue the call by pressing the call end button on the phone.

  4. All vegetable prices will be updated by The Hector Kobbekaduwa Agrarian Research and Training Institute of Sri Lanka and SLT Mobitel will not be responsible for the information updated by the said institute.

  5. users agree to indemnify SLT-Mobitel for any technical errors, which may occur while accessing the service

  6. Mobitel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.

What is ‘Mobitel Shishshathwa Athwela?
This is an IVR (Voice) service which provides lessons for Grade 5 students targeting the scholarship exam.

Dial 3333 and subscribe for the service
In what languages will the service be available?
The service will be available in Sinhala langue
What are the Charges?
2+tax per day (10 minutes) or 60+tax per month (300 minutes)

This is an IVR (Voice) service which provides lessons for Grade 5 students targeting the scholarship exam.

Terms and Conditions

By activating / using the service you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • After the service activation, if the subscriber does not set up the OBD (automated service), it is the user's responsibility to use the service by dialing service code (3333). Please note that SLT-Mobitel will not be responsible for refunding service charges if the Subscriber fails to do so.
  • The service will be available only in Sinhala Language
  • Users will be charged for the service in the following manner

-   Daily Subscription – 2+tax per day. (Fair user policy of 10mintutes applicable for the day)

-   Monthly Subscription – 60+Tax per month (Fair user policy of 300mintutes applicable for a month)

  • Subscription charge will be automatically renewed according to the user’s service plan (Daily /Monthly)
  • To deactivate the service dial 3333 and follow the instructions.
  • The subscribers agree to indemnify SLT-Mobitel for any technical errors, which may occur while accessing the service
  • Mobitel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.
