What is Janashakthi Insurance Critical Illness Cover?
a) Life Cover
Sum Assured indicated under life insurance provision, shall become payable upon the Death of the
life assured, pro-rated to the premium paid, due to any cause subject to the terms and conditions
of the policy.
b) Critical Illness Provision
Sum Assured indicated shall become payable if the Life Assured, has been diagnosed or has undergone
surgery for a Critical Illness as defined (subject to ANGIOPLASTY limitation) and subject to the general
terms and conditions of the benefit pro-rated to the premium paid.

What are the terms and conditions applied?
- The giveaway will commence on 01/12/2023 and closes on 30/04/2024 at 23.59PM
- Only the customers who are in the age range of 18-65 years and registers to the service for the first time (01/12/2023 to 30/04/2023) will be eligible for the giveaway.
- Customers should have an active insurance policy at the time of the draw to be selected as a winner.
- SLT Mobitel has the sole authority to select the winners and the decision shall be final.
- In case of an unreachable winner, there will be three attempts made via phone and if not reachable, the next record of the report will be picked as the winner. The previous record will be disregarded.
- Winners will be picked by a system-generated report conducted in presence of SLT Mobitel Internal audit on the draw date.
- Employees of SLT Mobitel and Janashakthi Insurance and their immediate family members, Suppliers and Business partners and Advertising agency of SLT Mobitel will not be eligible to participate in this competition.
- Winners will be contacted only via 0712755777 SLT Mobitel hotline only. If the customer lose money by trusting a phone scammer, SLT Mobitel shall not hold the responsibility for such occasions.
- The participants agree to indemnify SLT Mobitel for any technical errors which may occur during the campaign period.
