Engineer — PS Core Network Planning
 
 
JOB ROLE:
 
  • Responsible for Packet Core/ISP Network planning and initiating inventory for business growth.
  • Optimize investments made in the Packet Core network through effective utilization.
  • Prepare technical specifications, carry out technical evaluations and provide recommendations to the management.
  • Improve the operational efficiency by introducing process automation and best practices for core systems. 
  • Ensure identification of emerging customer needs and contribute to the growth of market share by ensuring appropriate deployment of the network. 
  • Enhance customer experience and brand equity through quality of network. 
  • Conduct Tests/Trials/Proof of Concepts (PoC) for new Network systems and services.
 
   QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
 
  • Candidate should possess a four years’ BSc. Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunication) Degree, which qualifies to obtain IESL Associate membership. 
  • Required sound knowledge in Telecommunication Networking. 
  • Exposure on Software Development skills for process automation is required. 
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. 
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records. 
  • Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude. 
  • Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.

Executive – HR Systems
 
JOB ROLE:
 
  • Maintain up to date HR system information on a timely manner to ensure accurate employee information is updated in the system in order to manage employee life cycle changes as per the organizational requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain all employee Leave and Attendance records as per the organizational policies to ensure staff adherence.
  • Be able to create employee awareness on the use of the HR ERP system.
  • Provide accurate information for staff queries received through the HRIS Help Desk.
  • Generate accurate reports for Management Information as and when required. 
  • Able to assist HR operations as and when required.
 
   QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
 
  • Degree/ Diploma or PQHRM from a recognized university/ institute.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of hands on experience in a HR Generalist Role, with exposure of HR / ERP Systems.
  • Adequate level of proficiency in software pertaining to the job function.
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Good knowledge & understanding of HR concepts and ERP systems is a must.
  • Effective interpersonal and communicational skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across company.
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records.
  • Flexible adaptive work style with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Good analytical & presentation skills. 
  • Be willing to work long hours if the need arises.
