The monthly device installment is Rs. 3,875 (including taxes), payable across 12 months.
Yes. Customers on older Upahara package codes like STC, STCNW, PENSY, CRPWR, FORC2 must upgrade to UP499 or UP727. However, SLFCS users can continue with the same package (customers who are in the STC/STCNW, no need to pay the connection fee for the package upgrade).
Yes. You must sign a 12-month agreement committing to both service and device installment payments.

Yes, you can exit by settling the remaining monthly installment of the device + Any due bills.
Early Settlement Formula:

Samsung Knox Guard is a device management system used to lock the phone remotely if bills are not paid, ensuring security and payment compliance.
If you do not settle your bill during the contract period, your account will be temporarily disconnected, If not settled within 10 days it will be locked until full payment is made and your device will display reminders.
Once you pay all outstanding amounts, Mobitel will manually unlock the device via the Knox system.
Only one device per NIC is allowed under this offer.
Yes. Your credit limit will be temporarily increased by Rs. 4,000/- to facilitate the installment of the device. After completing the contract period, additional credit limits will be removed.
Yes. All outstanding bills under your NIC must be settled before obtaining the device.
You can visit any Mobitel outlet to obtain the device under this offer.
The device comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty for factory defects. Mobitel is not responsible for physical damage or loss. If the phone is lost or damaged, the customer must continue to pay the remaining installments as agreed.
No. The customer must retain the same mobile number and ownership until the 12-month contract period is completed.
“What if I change my mind?”: Customer can cancel early by settling remaining payments.
“Can I change my number?”: No, the number must stay active for 12 months.
“Will I own the phone?”: Yes, once full payment is completed.
“What if the phone breaks?”: Covered under the 2-year Samsung warranty for manufacturing defects. Physical damage is not covered.
