1. What is “Sadaham Yathra” special promotional campaign?

The Sadaham Yathra campaign, held from May 1st to June 30th, 2024, is a special promotion focused on the Wesak and Poson Poya events. Mobitel customers who have subscribed to the below-mentioned product will be eligible to be selected as winners of this campaign and will be rewarded with the following prizes.

3. How to select the winners?

The winners will be selected by Mobitel's internal control team in accordance with internal procedures and controls.

To qualify for the winner selection process, subscribers must actively use the aforementioned services up to the closing date.

 

4. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who meet specified eligibility criteria, such as age, residency, or other requirements, as determined by Mobitel.

Employees, immediate family members, or affiliates of Mobitel are not eligible to participate.

5. Disqualification

Mobitel reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions of the promotion or engages in fraudulent, unethical, or inappropriate conduct. Disqualified participants forfeit any right to receive prizes or other benefits associated with the promotion.

 

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Mobitel reserves the right to amend or update the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time, without prior notice. Any disputes or concerns regarding the competition will be resolved at the discretion of Mobitel, and the decision will be final.

 

7. General terms and conditions

  • All tax charges are subject to government taxes and levies.
  • The above service is activated using the mobile operator's activation process.
  • The service will be renewed automatically until the user deactivates it and will be charged on each renewal depending on your mobile connection type (Prepaid/Postpaid).
  • Users can deactivate the service at any time using the respective deactivation method or by notifying the Mobitel customer service team via the 1717 hotline.
  • Any clarifications, concerns, refunds, etc., will be handled by Mobitel.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the winner(s) as determined by Mobitel.
  • The nature, quantity, and value of prizes will be communicated to participants before the start of the competition.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  • Participants must adhere to the rules and instructions provided by Mobitel during the competition.
