When customers make Mobitel bill Payments via mCash Customer Own Wallet will get an instant 10% Cashback on the first 2,000 of the bill value. This offer is only valid for one transaction per month with a maximum cashback amount of Rs. 200 per customer, per month.
b) 10% Cashback on SLT-Mobitel Mobile Reloads via mCash
When customers make Mobitel Reloads via mCash Customer Own Wallet will get an instant 10% Cashback on the reload. This offer is only valid for one transaction per day and a maximum cumulative cashback value is Rs. 500 per customer, per month.
This offer is available for the customers who perform transaction via mCash USSD menu or Mobile App.

Customer should receive the cashback amount within few minutes of completing a successful transaction. Customer will be notified via SMS.
The cashback amount is similar to a mCash top-up, which means the value could be used for any transaction on mCash.

II. Check if you have already received the eligible cashback for the period in concern.
III. For a Basic mCash Account only Rs 10,000 worth of mCash Top Ups are allowed within the day and for an Enhanced mCash Account only Rs 50,000 worth of mCash top-ups are allowed within the day. If this limit has been reached already, you will receive the due cashback amount on the following day.

III. Customers are expected to use the promotion in good faith and if Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd identifies that a Customer is misusing the mCash promotion or if he/she is not adhering according to Fair User Policy, then the customer shall be suspended from enjoying the service as deemed necessary by Mobitel.
