13. What are the conditions applying for the campaign?

• Recharge minimum Rs.50/- or more to earn chances to entitle for the daily raffle draw.

• The earned chances validity period is midnight 00:00am to midnight 11:59pm (24 Hours).

• This offers valid only for all SLT-Mobitel Mobile Prepaid A/C holders.

• At the point of rewarding the Prepaid A/C should be in active status.

• All Corporate customers are excluded from this campaign.

• The prizes are not transferable before acceptance.

• A representative cannot collect the prizes on behalf of the winner.

Mobitel customers who activates minimum of one News Alert service during the promotional period will get a cash back for the first month subscription.

 

  • Promotion Period

Cash back offer valid from 01st December 2023 to 31st December 2023.

 

  • Who is eligible for the seasonal promotion?

To be eligible, a user must freshly activate at least a single News Alert out of below services (mentioned in Table No: 01) during the promotional period.

If a customer has activated multiple News Alerts within the given period, firstly activated News Alert will be considered for the cashback offer.

If a customer has activated and deactivated multiple News Alerts, then the finally activated News Alert (if active within the promo period) will be considered for the cashback offer.

 

  • Can the existing News Alert users enter this competition?

  • If the customer has activated multiple News Alerts within the given period, customer is eligible for multiple chances which is equivalent to no of new service activation. (Ex. If the customer activated 5 news alert services, customer get 5 changes to cash back offer for all the 5 service activations).
  • If a customer has activated and deactivated same News Alert service during the promotional period, that will not be considered for the cashback offer. For the better understanding, service should be in active status at the end of promotion end date to be eligible for the cash back offer.
  • The campaign's validity period is from 1st December 2023 to 31st December 2023 exclusively. Post this period, customers desiring continued News Alert services may proceed, while those opting for service termination can initiate through designated channels (Via SMS/ Call Center).
  • The waiver of rental charges (Cash back amount) is limited to the charged amount during the 30 days (Prepaid – Charged amount/ Postpaid – Billed amount for 1 month charge).
